“奧雅綻放數字藝術館”是粵港澳大灣區的全新地標級公共藝術項目，位于深圳蛇口價值工廠，預計將于2022年5月正式對公眾開放。
未來，“奧雅綻放數字藝術館”將匯聚各方跨界融合的思想與力量，期待與世界頂尖科學家、藝術家、工程師們共同打造中國首個元宇宙探索體驗空間，充分利用日新月異的前沿技術為觀眾帶去極致的感官體驗。
Bloom Digital Art Museum is a new landmark public art project in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,which is expected to officially open to the public in May 2022 with the theme of China's first Metaverse exploration and experience space.
It will combine the creativity of scientists and artists for the cutting-edge technology and extreme sensory experience.
本次全球征集計劃針對“奧雅綻放數字藝術館”中的兩個大筒倉，擬征集具有國際視野、富有空間好創意的各類作品。

作品要求
Requirements
1、參選作品屬于數字藝術范疇，展示形式不限，作品原創且不存在著作權或版權爭議。
The works should belong to the category of digital art,and there is no limitation on the form of display without copyright dispute.
2、參選作品需針對大筒倉(詳見場地說明)進行針對性作品創作，保證原創性，注重創新性、藝術性、科技性、參與性、可行性、創作理念新穎、獨特，與科技充分融合，能夠融入大筒倉特殊的結構狀態，內容表現積極向上。
The works should be targeted at the silo(see site description for details),ensure originality,focus on innovation,artistry,science and technology,participation and feasibility,accompanying new and unique creative ideas,fully integrated with science and technology experts,which can be integrated into the special structure with positive content.
3、參選作品需考慮作品的落地可行性，綜合考慮時間、人、物、環境等多種因素，在技術安全和運行維護層面須滿足長期展覽及運營的要求。
The works should consider feasibility,time,people,objects and environment,also meet the requirements of long-term exhibition and operation in terms of technical safety and operation maintenance.
4、每位參選人/機構可提交不超過3件參選作品。
Each candidate/organization can submit no more than 3 works.
評選機制
Selection Mechanism
面向全球創作者公開征集作品方案，邀請行業知名學者、藝術家和策展人組成專業評審團，對應征創作者投稿的作品方案進行專業評選后形成入圍候選名單，綜合各方評審意見和結果從中選取最終選用的作品方案。
We will invite well-known scholars,artists and curators to form a professional jury.After professional selection,we will form a shortlist of submitted works,from which we will make the final selection.

Selected works
1、榮譽證書：主辦方將為入選作品頒發榮譽證書
Certificate of honor:The organizer will issue the Certificate of Honor
2、落地支持：公布入選結果后，主辦方將與參選人/機構溝通落地事宜。若作品滿足落地條件，主辦方將以不低于50萬美金作為作品落地展示費用，由參選人/機構負責作品的制作把控與落地效果。
Landing support:After the announcement of the selected results,the organizer will communicate with the candidates/organizations.If the works meet the landing conditions,the organizer will pay no less than 500,000 dollars as the exhibition fee,then the candidates/organizations will be responsible for the production control and landing effect.
3、宣傳支持：主辦方將對入選作品進行專門報道和媒體報道，并為優秀及特色作品提供展覽宣傳支持及商業化運作。
Publicity and support:The organizer will provide special media coverage,along with publicity and commercial operation for excellent and characteristic works.

落選作品將進入作品備選庫，頒發參賽證書，可備選錄入奧雅綻放數字藝術館特展空間的作品征集中。
They will be entered into the selection database with relevant Certificate,also recorded into the collection of works in the special exhibition of Blossom Digital Art Museum.

數字作品創作理念說明。包括方案名字、創作理念、作品規格、技術呈現方式、造價估算(包括但不限于制作，運輸，安裝)等內容，格式為pdf
Explanation on creation concept of digital works.Including the project name,creation concept,work specifications,technical presentation and cost estimation(including but not limited to production,transportation and installation)in PDF format
圖紙，包括說明圖及作品效果圖，統一格式為jpg，圖片分辨率為3000PI，作者亦可制作3d動畫視頻短片及其他有助于說明藝術作品創作的材料，分辨率為1920*1080的MP4及MOV格式。
Drawings,including illustrations and renderings in JPG format with a resolution of 3000PI.The author can also make 3D animated video clips and other materials that could illustrate the creation of artistic works,with a resolution of 1920*1080 MP4 and MOV formats.
